These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the personal website at spoor.org and related public pages operated by Ken Spoor (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEN SPOOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ken Spoor from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. SMS program
Ken Spoor / spoor.org may offer an SMS program for personal account notices, verification codes, and system alerts. You may opt in on the public page at /sms or by texting START to the campaign number shown there. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to use the Site. See the Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers are handled.
10. Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
